количественное или качественное изменение эффектов, вызываемых лекарственными средствами при одновременном или последовательном применении двух и более препаратов. Различают фармакологическое и фармацевтическое В.л.с. Под фармакологическим подразумевают эффект, оказываемый после введения препаратов в организм, а под фармацевтическим — взаимодействие, которое может произойти между лекарственными сред-ствами до их введения в организм, напр. в процессе их совместного приготовления, хранения и т.п. В.л.с. может приводить или к уменьшению, или к полному устранению действия одного из препаратов (антагонизм), или усилению эффекта комбинации лекарств (синергизм).Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
